As a company we strive to build a solid business relationship with all of our associate companies. To ensure that we do this, we have an associate liaison department that works closely with our associate companies to assist them in all aspects of their needs.

Through our collection of associate companies, we have put together an itinerary of Incentive Vouchers. These vouchers are a fantastic T.O. closing tool, giving you the chance to offer your clients added incentives, that can compliment the products you are selling. We have a varied selection of Incentive Vouchers ranging from heavily discounted Caribbean Cruises to a membership to an online flight-sourcing agency.

All of our incentive vouchers are subject to a minimum order quantity and payment must be received before dispatch. However, when ordering your first order from us, we are willing to offer a trial period where you can pay for the vouchers as and when you award them.

The Gift Pamphlet

We have developed a simple pamphlet that details all of the offers available as part of our gift - we call it the "Gift Pamphlet".

Our gift pamphlet is completely free to companies - all we ask is clients who are eligible for a prize from a scratch card are awarded one of our pamphlets (Complimentary Week Vouchers). Our gift simply offers the clients a complimentary week of accommodation at any of our resorts, for a small administration charge. In addition to this offer, the clients will also have the opportunity to purchase the full Gift package - "The Premium Gift".

The Premium Gift package consists of 3 separate, promotional weeks of accommodation that can be taken in any of our destinations detailed on our website. Also, clients will receive access to a city break with flights and a 5-day Caribbean cruise with a weeks accommodation in Florida.

All weeks of accommodation are serviced direct from our reservation department. The clients choose where and when they want to travel, they are not restricted to dates or destinations.

The Gift Brochure

Whilst marketing our Gift Pamphlet it became apparent that there was a demand for an attractive drop product. Several resorts asked us if they could use our Gift Pamphlet as a drop product - this triggered the development of our "Gift Brochure". The Gift Brochure has many uses, it can be used as a drop product, an add-on or closing tool, some of our associate companies also use the Brochure as an incentive for clients to complete after purchasing the product that they sell.

We supply the Gift Brochures to you, the Sales organisations, free of charge, to use in whichever way you choose. As and when you sell or award a Gift Brochure to a client you will need to notify our company so that we can construct a confirmation pack for the client, which will detail what they have purchased / been awarded. In addition, this confirmation pack will also supply them with their vouchers to claim their European city break and their 5-day cruise with 7 nights in Florida. At this point your company will be charged for the product.

The clients will be charged nothing at all for the 3 weeks of accommodation, they will be issued a unique client number which they will need to reference when booking each week of accommodation, we then send them confirmation detailing dates and destination.

Flight Alliance Membership Card

We can supply you with Flight Alliance Membership Cards. These membership cards give clients access to an incredible online flight sourcing program that offers fantastic flight deals all over the world. The Flight Alliance program is an Internet-based program that searches through scheduled, budget and charter flights along with air taxi services.

The system itself is simple to use and can be used from any PC with an internet connection. The web-site offers an extensive flight search programme, incorporating 50,000 routes and more than 770 airlines, enabling clients to source flights world-wide.

Clients can also search and compare flight prices from multiple airlines and leading flight agents with just a single click.


This membership card can be used as a T.O. closing tool, or as an incentive voucher. All you would have to do as a marketer, is award the client the membership voucher, which comes with a membership card that has a unique access code. The client then simply enters their access code and password on the web-site, through which they source and book their flights. The web-site has a number of tutorials and introductory video presentations which ensure that, once the client has been awarded their membership card, they deal solely with The Flight Alliance.

UK Hotel Break Voucher

We can supply you with the Gratis Hotel Break Voucher which offers a free UK hotel break, to be taken at a number of quality hotels throughout the UK.

The Gratis Hotel Break Voucher entitles 2 people to a free hotel break (in a double or twin bedroom) for two nights or more. There are over 200 hotels from which to choose, located throughout England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and the Channel Islands. The vast majority of the 200+ hotels are 4-star and a sample of the hotels included in the offer can be viewed from the sample

The accommodation is completely free of charge for the client - all they have to pay for is their meals (breakfast and dinner) for each night they stay at the hotel.

This voucher can be used as a T.O. closing tool, or as an incentive voucher. All you would have to do as a marketer, is award the client the Gratis Hotel Break Voucher, which has a unique client number. The client then books directly with Gratis and simply contacts them directly, either by phone or by returning the reservations form that is part of the voucher, to claim their free UK hotel break. There is no further obligation from yourselves in servicing this holiday.

European City Voucher

We can supply you with the EuroBreaks City Escapes Voucher. This voucher gives the client access to a European city break with flights. Whether you want to get away from it all or you fancy exploring a new city, a European city break provides it all.

This voucher entitles your client to a 3-night, 4-day stay, including up to six free return air flights, for only £49.50 per person. The £49.50 per person fee covers both the accommodation and the airflights. The accommodation will be at a well-situated 3 or 4-star hotel. If the client wishes a longer stay, then they can arrange additional nights accommodation which are booked directly with EuroBreaks.

There are over 20 cities available, including Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Brussells, Amsterdam, Lake Garda, Genoa, Venice, Pescara, Pisa, Milan, Rome, Biarritz, Nice, Paris, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Prague and Bratislava.

This voucher can be used as a T.O. closing tool, or as an incentive voucher. All you would have to do as a marketer, is award the EuroBreaks City Escapes Voucher, which has a unique client number, to the client. The client then books directly with EuroBreaks and simply contacts them directly, either by phone or by returning the reservations form that is part of the voucher, to claim their European city break. There is no further obligation from yourselves in servicing this holiday.

Caribbean Cruise Voucher

We can supply you with the VPI Certificate for a holiday in Florida and a luxury Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas or Mexico for a minimum of two people.

This voucher entitles the client to a holiday which consists of a 5-day, 4-night cruise to the Bahamas or Mexico, including all meals and entertainment followed by 7 nights free accommodation with an air conditioned car during their stay in Florida.

All you would have to do as a marketer, is stamp and date the VPI Certificate and award it to the client. The client then has to register with VPI by sending their voucher, along with a £15 per person registration fee, to VPI. The client then books their 5-day Caribbean cruise and holiday in Florida directly through VPI.

European Cruise Voucher

We can supply you with the DFDS Seaways Voucher for a 3-night, 4-day cruise including overnight stay in either Gothenburg or Amsterdam.

City Cruise breaks are ideal for those who want to experience a taste of European city life. They combine the great maritime experience of DFDS Seaways with a destination to suit everyone from cosmopolitan Amsterdam to fascinating Gothenburg.

This voucher entitles 2 people to a 3-night, 4-day cruise to either Gothenburg or Amsterdam. There are three magnificent ships on these routes, each with open decks and plenty of on-board amenities. The clients accommodation will consist of an en-suite cabin.

This voucher can be used as a T.O. closing tool, or as an incentive voucher. All you would have to do as a marketer, is award the DFDS Seaways voucher, which has a unique client number, to the client. The client then books directly with DFDS Seaways and simply contacts them directly, either by phone or by returning the reservations form that is part of the voucher, to claim their European cruise. There is no further obligation from yourselves in servicing this holiday.
